1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product.

  • If the wrong product was delivered.

  • If your return is approved after inspection.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
